My living experience at Williamsburg on the Lake has been brilliant. The apartments are spacious and offer unique amenities such as lake views and wood fireplaces. Maintenance requests are easy to submit online and the maintenance team is spectacular, responding within 24 hours, and each time communicating work that was done so I feel confident the issue was solved. The area is well lit and I feel safe coming home or going out at any time during the day or night.

We moved from another Gene Glick property to this one because It had everything we were looking for. Fitness center, pool, parks, dog parks, close to everything, fantastic community and great maintenence and office staff. Everyone is so friendly here, it really has a small neighborhood feel. the maintenance staff gets to everything within 24 hours- usually same day! The office staff made our transition here so easy. We couldn't be happier!

I really enjoyed living at Williamsburg! Can’t say enough about how great the whole Williamsburg staff are. Maintenance was always very timely and professional. The lady’s in the leasing office are extremely professional and very accommodating. Excellent customer service overall. I would definitely recommend living at Williamsburg on the lake to anyone looking to rent.

We love everything that Williamsburg has to offer! The maintenance staff is on top of everything, the office staff is friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is like a little community, with most of the kids going to the same schools. The apartments have a little old mixed with some new updates- but for the cost, all the amenities you get, the community itself, and the location, we are very satisfied with the rent we pay, you just can't beat it.

One of the best apartments in the town. I lived here for 28 months. Nice experience. Great maintenance team with quick response. It is in a safe neighborhood. Markets, restaurants, and plazas are within 5 minutes drive. I recommend this place.

This complex is amazing. The maintenance staff keeps on top of things without needing to be asked, and will go above and beyond (one of the crew moved a hugely heavy piece of furniture for me, which is definitely NOT in his job description!). Everyone is always friendly. The office staff is delightful, always cheerful, pleasant, and helpful. I absolutely can't say enough about how great this place is! I'm hoping to live here for the rest of my life - it's that good!

The girls in the office are always very friendly, attentive smiles, everything is always very clean, the green areas, parks, public lighting, good people live in this place, it is very quiet, the maintenance staff is great, the most they always supported me in everything cordially, respectful, really fast here we spent very happy years, thanks williamsburg on the lake!
