We understand that choosing a place to call home is a big decision. That's why we want to offer some
answers to the questions that renters frequently ask our leasing teams.
At Williamsburg on the Lake Mishawaka, gas utilities are included in rent.
Residents are responsible for electric, water, trash, and sewer. Residents are also responsible
for cable and internet.
At Williamsburg on the Lake Apartments, the security deposit is due at
move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
Our application fee is a non-refundable $35.00 application per applicant and
a $100.00 reservation fee. The reservation fee will be applied to your costs at move-in.
Yes, our community is exceptionally pet friendly! Both cats and dogs are
welcome to call Williamsburg on the Lake home, with a two pet per household maximum. A $300
refundable pet deposit for the first pet, and a $200.00 refundable deposit for the 2nd pet is
required. Pet rent runs $20.00 a month, per pet. No weight restrictions, certain breed
restrictions apply.
Williamsburg on the Lake Apartments is located within the Penn Harris
Madison School Corporation. Nearby schools include Walt Disney Elementary, Schmucker Middle
School, and Penn High School.
You are welcome to pay online with a credit card, debit card, or with an
E-Check. Residents can also pay by cashiers check, money order, or personal check at the
community office.
Our lot parking spaces are first come, first serve. We kindly ask that all
guests park in the overflow parking areas so that our residents have easy access to their homes.
Carports are also available for an additional $25.00 per month.
We do require renters insurance and offer a plan through Assurant that is
$14.50 a month, or you can bring your own insurance. Your renters insurance policy should have
$100,000 of liability coverage and $10,000 personal liability.
We are proud to offer our residents a swimming pool, fitness center,
playgrounds, and fishing ponds.
Residents of Williamsburg on the Lake Apartments can report maintenance
issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal, calling the office, or emailing the
office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call 866-844-8815.
We do offer washer and dryer connections in select apartment homes. For homes
without connections, you make take advantage of our laundry care center that is accessible 24 hours
a day, every day of the week.
